Payment Options & Dental Fees
We understand cost can be an important consideration when planning dental treatment. At Facial Harmony Skin & Dental, treatment recommendations are based on your assessment and clinical needs. Before proceeding, we aim to provide clear information about expected fees and payment options so you can make an informed decision.
Payment options
Payment is generally required at the time of treatment unless another arrangement has been agreed in advance. If you have questions about treatment costs or accepted payment methods, our team can provide this information before you proceed.

Third-Party Finance
Some patients may independently choose to fund eligible dental treatment through a third-party finance provider.
These providers operate separately from the clinic, and any finance arrangement is between you and the provider, subject to their eligibility criteria, credit approval, fees and terms.
Facial Harmony Skin & Dental does not arrange or assess finance, does not determine approval, and does not provide financial or credit advice.
If you are considering finance, we recommend reviewing the provider’s current terms and eligibility directly and seeking independent advice if you are unsure.
*Commercial finance is not offered, promoted or recommended as part of cosmetic procedures.*

Early Release of Superannuation
In limited circumstances, some people may be eligible to apply to the Australian Taxation Office for early release of superannuation on compassionate grounds to help with the cost of eligible dental treatment that meets the ATO’s compassionate-release criteria.
Eligibility is determined by the ATO under its own criteria, and approval is not guaranteed. Early release is not available simply because treatment has been recommended, and purely cosmetic dental treatment is not eligible for compassionate release on medical grounds.
Facial Harmony Skin & Dental does not determine eligibility and does not manage or submit applications on your behalf.
Where clinically appropriate, your dental practitioner may provide relevant clinical information required as part of an application. We do not provide financial advice.
If you are considering this pathway, we recommend reviewing the current ATO requirements directly and seeking independent financial advice before applying.

Treatment Decisions
Payment options do not determine whether treatment is clinically appropriate.
Before treatment, your dental practitioner will discuss your circumstances, treatment options, expected costs and alternatives, including the option of no treatment where appropriate.
