Known for his calm, ethical, and patient-centred approach, Dr Park lives by the philosophy: “No pressure, no surprises, no shortcuts” — ensuring you receive the highest standard of care at a pace that feels right for you.

GA is carried out in a dedicated medical facility. It is recommended for complex procedures or for guests with complex medical histories who may not qualify for IV sedation.

IV sedation is suitable for young, fit, and healthy guests and is often ideal for treatments such as wisdom teeth extractions. You’ll feel deeply relaxed and comfortable while being closely monitored by an anaesthetist.

• Is EMS Airflow gentler than a traditional clean?

What happens at a first dental appointment?

We’ll take your history, discuss concerns, and perform a thorough examination. Photos, scans, and X-rays may be taken, then presented clearly so you understand your oral health and options. Together we’ll create a plan that suits you.

How long do dental appointments usually take?

A comprehensive examination takes around 60 minutes. We don’t rush — this extra time is part of our commitment to Slow Dentistry® ensuring your comfort and clarity at every step.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring any medical/dental history, a list of medications, and your health fund card. Arriving a little early allows us to assist with forms if needed.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand things come up. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to another guest.

Do you provide emergency dental care?

Yes. If you have pain, swelling, or a broken tooth, please call us straight away. We do our best to see emergency guests as quickly as possible, often with same-day appointments.

Is treatment painful?

One of the pillars of Slow Dentistry® is ensuring proper anaesthesia. Combined with gentle techniques and sedation options, most guests are surprised by how comfortable treatment feels.

Do you offer second opinions?

Yes, if you’d like reassurance before starting treatment, we’re happy to provide a professional second opinion.

Can I see the dentist if I’m pregnant?

Yes. Dental care is important during pregnancy. We provide safe, gentle treatment and can advise on timing for certain procedures.

Can you help with jaw pain or teeth grinding?

Yes. We assess clenching, grinding (bruxism), and jaw tension, and can provide splints (night guards) or other tailored treatments.

Do you offer payment plans?

Do you accept health funds?

Do you accept Medicare Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS)?
